Dear Home Improvement Contractors:

In 2008, the Pennsylvania Legislature passed the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.  The law requires that all contractors who perform at least $5,000 worth of home improvements per year register with the Attorney General's Office.

We have worked to ensure that the registration process is as quick and easy as possible. Registration may be completed online or by mailing an application to our office.  We encourage you to complete your registration online, as you will receive your registration number and a printable temporary registration certificate instantaneously.

As of July 1, 2009, consumers in Pennsylvania will be able to verify your registration with our office by visiting the List of Registered Contractors or by calling our toll-free hotline, 1-888-520-6680.  In the coming months, our office will encourage consumers to use registered contractors when deciding to invest in home improvements. Bountiful Acres has been a Bucks County landmark in Buckingham, PA since 1955. Starting as a roadside produce market and originally owned by the Jamison family who also built Peddler’s Village. Bountiful Acres changed hands in 1983 to the Flack family who gradually evolved Bountiful Acres into a premier garden center and nursery covering six beautiful acres. "Our mission is to provide the community with the best selection and highest quality products supported by a knowledgeable staff". Some of our staff have been here for 20 years. We make strides to keep up with the growing trends and doing things a little bit better each year.

Bountiful Acres stocks quality nursery and garden plants, garden supplies, tropical and indoor foliage plants, aquatic plants, statues, furniture, fountains, bulk and bagged soils and mulches. We are a service oriented company providing custom arrangements, landscape design, installation, and maintenance. In 2003, we began lining out our own trees to cultivate. Through proper pruning and growing practices we are now proudly harvesting strong healthy local grown trees. Each year we are gaining more property and increasing our selection. It is our vision to provide our customers with quality material that is accustom to the local soil while maintaining Bucks County’s agrarian roots.
